All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qtt777 login credentials, including your username and password. qtt777 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify qtt777 support immediately at support@qtt777.net and change your password without delay. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless you have notified qtt777 of a compromise prior to that activity occurring.
Each Member may hold only one qtt777 Account at any given time. If qtt777 determines that a Member holds multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, usernames, payment methods, or any other means — qtt777 reserves the right to close all Accounts held by that Member, forfeit any associated Balances, and permanently prohibit future registration.
qtt777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with international responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. qtt777 may, at any time and without prior notice, require a Member to provide:
Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by qtt777 may result in Account restriction or closure.
qtt777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Indonesian payment methods, including bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). qtt777 reserves the right to modify the list of supported payment methods without prior notice.
The current minimum deposit is Rp 25.000. The current minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. qtt777 reserves the right to adjust these minimums and will communicate any changes via the Platform's cashier interface.
qtt777 aims to process withdrawal requests within three minutes during standard WIB banking hours (approximately 07:00–23:00 WIB on business days). Processing times may be longer outside these hours, during periods of high transaction volume, or where a withdrawal triggers an additional review under qtt777's AML or KYC procedures. qtt777 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the qtt777 Account. Third-party payment is not permitted under any circumstances. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Any Balance derived from participation in fraud, collusion, system abuse, or any form of bonus exploitation may be voided without notice.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by qtt777 are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
New Members who make a qualifying first deposit of at least Rp 50.000 are eligible for the qtt777 welcome bonus as advertised at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is credited to the Account automatically following deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Member. Accounts suspected of registering solely to claim the welcome bonus without genuine intent to use the Platform may have their bonus forfeited and their Account closed.
Any Member found to be abusing qtt777's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using wagering strategies that contravene the spirit of a promotion, or colluding with other Members — will have their bonus voided, their Account suspended, and any outstanding Balance forfeited. qtt777's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

qtt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
On Account closure, qtt777 will make reasonable efforts to return any genuine, verifiable funds remaining in the Member's Balance to the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC, deduction of any amounts owed to qtt777, and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or to address an urgent security or fraud risk.
